  4.      evaluation purposes only.  This Shareware version of Membership
  5.      DataBank for Windows is the complete working version of the
  6.      product, not a crippled or demo copy.  Membership DataBank for
  7.      Windows is not public domain software. It is Copyright (c) 1995 by
  8.      X-Ware Engineering. All rights reserved.

  10.      X-Ware Engineering hereby grants you a limited license to use this
  11.      software for evaluation purposes only for a period not to exceed
  12.      sixty (60) days.  If you intend to continue using this software
  13.      (and/or its documentation) after the sixty (60) day evaluation
  14.      period, you must make a registration payment to X-Ware Engineering.
  15.      Using this software after the evaluation period has ended without
  16.      registering is a violation of the terms of this limited license.

  18.      Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  19.      disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  20.      software except as provided in this agreement. Any such
  21.      unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  22.      termination of this license.

  25.      Engineering.

  27.      U.S. Government Restricted Rights:  Use, duplication, or disclosure
  28.      by the U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation

  30.      subdivision (b) (3) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
  31.      Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).

  38.      X-WARE ENGINEERING SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  39.      ON THE SOFTWARE AND MANUALS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  40.      WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, PERFORMANCE AND FITNESS FOR A
  41.      PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  NEITHER X-WARE ENGINEERING NOR ANYONE ELSE
  42.      INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS
  43.      SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BUG, ERROR, OMISSION, DEFECT,
  44.      DEFICIENCY OR  NONCONFORMITY IN ANY SOFTWARE.  AS A RESULT, THE
  45.      SOFTWARE IS SOLD "AS IS" AND THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE
  46.      RISK AS TO ITS QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE.

  50.      EVENT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT,INDIRECT,SPECIAL,INCIDENTAL,CONTINGENT
  51.      OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE
  52.      SOFTWARE OR ITS DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF
  53.      DATA, DOWNTIME, LOSS OF GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF
  54.      EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY, EVEN IF X-WARE ENGINEERING HAS BEEN
  55.      ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  You agree that
  56.      X-Ware  Engineerings' liability arising out of contract,
  57.      negligence, strict liability in tort or warranty  shall not
  58.      exceed any amounts paid by you for this product.  Any written or
  59.      oral information or  advice given by X-Ware Engineering dealers,
  60.      distributors, agents or employees will in no  way increase the
  61.      scope of this warranty, nor may you rely on such oral or written
  62.      communication.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or
  63.      limitation of implied  warranties or liability for incidental or
  64.      consequential damages, so the above limitation or  exclusion may
  65.      not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
  66.      and you  may also have other rights which vary from state to
  67.      state. The laws of the State California shall govern this
  68.      Agreement.
